Metcalfe was founded in 1991 by husband and wife team, Nick & Judy Metcalfe as a part time venture working from home. After 4 years, the couple’s growing business move into full time production.
By 1995 Metcalfe was producing kits using its own printing and die cutting machine, however after acquiring new premises in 1999 the ageing printing equipment was all upgraded to allow the company to grow to the high quality card kit producing entity it is today.
