R1115 Midland Flyer Set. Made exclusively for Woolworths. All aboard the Midland Flyer Train Set! This classic set includes a tough little 0-4-0 steam locomotive, a selection of wagons and a small passenger coach emulating those small local trains of days gone by. The oval track with siding adds a degree of operational interest as wagons have to be shunted to and fro.

Bargain of the Century. Sold by the old Woolworths towards the end of their business for just £39.99.
Now back in the New Woolworths range but sadly not at the same price.
A superb little set for young and not so young, only 1 defect with the set was found. The caledonian pug loco in Midland livery ran superbly and very smoothly, wagons and coach were good quality products, the only real defect found was the lowmac wagon which is too light and has a tendancy to derail on 3rd radius curves supplied with the set.
Well worth the money. Value for money A+ 10/10. Price around as the £39.99 sets are still out there and pop up on places like Amazon etc..
